In this first episode of season 2, I discuss the forewarned teacher shortage crisis that is affecting school districts across the country.

After revisiting some of the oft-examined causes of the ongoing teacher shortage problem, I pondered a few potential solutions they are reasonable yet seemingly elusive for a variety of reasons.
